In an effort to better serve our customers,
R-Biopharm GmbH and Lionheart Diagnostics have agreed
to transfer the business of Lionheart Diagnostics to
R-Biopharm, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of
R-Biopharm GmbH. This change is effective September
30, 1998.
During the transition period, Lionheart
Diagnostics sales representatives will continue to
serve your needs, providing quality diagnostic kits,
instrumentation, software, and support.
